  退換貨僅限以下情況：
  Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• 商品未使用且保持原包裝。
  The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• 因運送或生產過程導致的瑕疵或損壞。
  There are defects or damage caused during shipping or production.
