  退換貨僅限以下情況：
  Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• 商品未使用且保持原包裝。
  The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• 因運送或生產過程導致的瑕疵或損壞。
  There are defects or damage caused during shipping or production.

• 不適用情況 | Ineligible Conditions

  以下情況不適用退換貨：
  Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• 客製化商品。

• 商品需在確認後 7 天內 寄回，運費由顧客負擔（若因商品問題則由我們承擔）。
